Supervision

We have developed and deliver the ACRRE Strategies for Clinical Improvement and Leaning model of supervision, known as ACRRE SCIL Model of supervision™.

We incorporate this model into all the programs and training we offer, ensuring a structured, evidence-based approach to enhance clinical skills, foster professional growth, and improve performance outcomes.

PERSONALISED SUPERVISION

We provide personalised, confidential, clinical supervision relationships. Utilising reflective practice-based, solution focussed approaches aimed at supporting you to develop as a practitioner and provide excellence in services to your participants or supervisees. We aim to help you realise your potential and structure your learning journey through our innovative relationship-based supervision.

All supervisees have access to regular professional updates via email, this includes:

  • the circulation of recent relevant research papers.
  • the circulation of information related to conferences and workshops across Australia and internationally.
  • the circulation of relevant conference reports.
  • professional updates and news.

All supervisees also have access to a quality coffee and a chat community of practice at which invited experts present on a topic of interest and facilitate a conversation. Our speakers have included subject matter experts from the UK, USA and Australia. This is a unique, complimentary benefit offered by ACRRE to all supervisees, topics have included:

  • Understanding and delivering evidence-based supervision.
  • Ethical decision making.
  • International perspective on restraint reduction.

Group supervision

We offer group supervision virtually and in person to groups of 3-4 practitioners.

This most benefits experienced practitioners who seek to consolidate some of their experience and adopt a more structured approach to supervision and professional development.
